Two Georgian volunteers were recently killed while fighting in Russia's war against Ukraine.
According to Ukrinform, the Georgian news outlet SOVA reported the deaths.
One of the fallen volunteers was identified as Igor Bekurashvili.
Earlier, reports also emerged about the death of another Georgian fighter, 30-year-old Giorgi Damenia. Originally from the town of Senaki, Damenia had been living in Ukraine in recent years.
Memorial services honoring the two Georgian volunteers are expected to be held in the coming days.
