It sold out for a reason: 2660 pieces, every iconic location, one set
The LEGO Hogwarts Castle 76419 is the first set to include both the castle and the surrounding grounds together, which means the Main Tower, Astronomy Tower, Great Hall, courtyards, bridges, greenhouses, Boathouse, and the Black Lake are all part of the same connected build. The interior details are what made this set sell out the first time: the Chamber of Secrets, the Winged Key room, the Potions Classroom, and the Chessboard Chamber are all recreated inside the castle structure, accessible via the lift-off sections that make the build as interesting to explore after completion as during it. The Ford Anglia sits in the Whomping Willow’s branches, the Durmstrang Ship and Beauxbatons Carriage are in the grounds, and the gold-colored Hogwarts architect statue with the nameplate finishes the display.
