International Maritime Organization (IMO) Secretary General Arsenio Dominguez said the US agency's plan to evacuate vessels and seafarers stranded in the Mideast Gulf since the end of February remains paused as talks continue with Oman, Iran and the US, even as some ships continue to move through the Strait of Hormuz.
