Oleksandr Usyk has vacated his three world heavyweight titles as he nears retirement but insists he is not finished in the sport yet.The 39-year-old — widely regarded as the best heavyweight of this era and unbeaten in 25 professional fights — had given up the WBO title earlier this year having twice reigned as undisputed champion. The Ukrainian confirmed on Friday that he has now relinquished the WBC, WBA and IBF belts too. However, he says he still has a “last dance” to come despite the move to vacate his crown.“This is a well-considered decision that I am confident will open new opportunities for me. This is not the end of the story. The continuation lies ahead,” he said in a video posted on X.“I want to vacate all the belts that I currently hold to make them available for the guys next in line to fight for them. Friends, I’m leaving the belts but not the sport because I still have my last dance.”

Це свідоме рішення, яке, я впевнений, відкриє для мене нові можливості. Це не кінець історії. Продовження попереду.
