According to him, this transition towards functional, performance-focused nutrition ultimately shaped the direction of his career.Reflecting on the distinction between working in a commercial kitchen and serving as a personal chef, Vishwakarma pointed out that while hotel chefs prepare meals for large numbers of guests, a personal chef caters to a single client whose dietary requirements demand unwavering precision. Every meal must meet exact nutritional standards while delivering consistency, safeguarding the client's health, supporting peak physical performance, and maintaining complete discretion. He emphasized that the role is significantly more personal, meticulous, and challenging than traditional restaurant cooking.Talking about the superstar’s diet, Shubham said that Roshan believed in clean eating and is very disciplined. His meals include a lot of lean protein, seasonal veggies, healthy fats. His diet prioritises digestion, energy and recovery. He also said that the superstar is a foodie and some of his favourite dishes include: Chole, moong dal, bhindi bhaji, pesto chicken, tandoori chicken, paneer bhurji, rosemary roast chicken, mutton curry, grilled salmon, and pesto pomfret.
