The 33-year old, born Charlotte Emma Aitchison, was appearing on Breakfast with Greg James, when her mouth accidentally got the better of her.‌A clip of the pair's exchange was shared to X afterwards, which saw Greg invite the singer to give him a complement in a game called Wrong-Uns. After pausing to think, Charli exclaimed: "You... are lovely."‌"That's the wrong answer," Greg declared, prompting Charli to add: "Oh s***! F***!" In a bid to avoid any backlash, Greg quickly retorted: "And that's a swear word, but in Wrong-Uns' world, a swear word isn't a swear word."‌"I'm so sorry, I apologise," said Charli, clearly horrified at her mistake. "I should say one just to prove that," joked Greg before he clarified: "We are sorry.
