Invisible Narratives Announces Next Level Apps Technology Has Agreed to Abandon All Claims to IP Rights and Ownership in Skibidi Toilet Franchise IP
Invisible Narratives today issued the following statement:
“In February2025, Invisible Narratives sued Next Level for infringing our Skibidi Toilet trademark and copyrighted content, unfair competition, and other violations including sending improper take down notices to YouTube. Next Level made various claims in response.
“After months of litigation and discovery, Next Level has agreed to stop interfering with the Skibidi Toilet IP and Franchise worldwide, forever cease any involvement in Skibidi Toilet, acknowledge Invisible Narratives’ ownership of Skibidi Toilet, and refrain from claiming that Alexey Gerasimov did not create the Skibidi Toilet franchise. As a result of the settlement, we will no longer pursue Next Level in litigation, and Next Level will drop counterclaims against Invisible Narratives and has already transferred IP ownership of its Skibidi Toilet copyright registrations in different jurisdictions around the world to Invisible Narratives.
“We take the matter of IP rights very seriously, and we will not hesitate to stand up and fight for all of the creators we partner with when they are threatened.”
