That assistance could include logistics and healthcare units.Finnish NGOs donating cash for nowAccording to Jokinen, the Venezuelan Red Cross is a strong player, and is well prepared to assist local authorities.Problems in earthquake situations include aftershocks, collapsed buildings, and poor transport connections. Communication links are also often affected, making it difficult to collect information, he noted.So far the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (FELM) has announced that it will send 120,000 euros to Venezuela while another Lutheran group, Finn Church Aid (FCA), will initially send 50,000 euros."This is a devastating tragedy, in which many lives have been lost.
