MANILA, Philippines – SBS Philippines Corp. agreed to sell about five hectares in Nueva Ecija to a Meralco PowerGen Corp. affiliate for P25 million as part of the MTerra Solar Project.
In a disclosure on Thursday, the chemical trading firm said it has agreed to sell to MGen’s Terra Nueva Inc. (TNI) its 49,966-square-meter agricultural lot in Barangay Makabaklay, Gapan City.
