Parma Calcio has made Benjamin Cremaschi’s move from Inter Miami permanent, paying €4 million plus add-ons to secure the young American midfielder on a long-term deal. The transaction converts what was initially a loan arrangement into a full transfer.
From loan to permanent move
Cremaschi’s loan from Inter Miami to Parma began on September 2, 2025, with a buy option baked into the agreement. That option has now been triggered, converting the temporary arrangement into a permanent transfer for a base fee of €4 million, with additional payments tied to performance-related add-ons.
The deal was first reported by Fabrizio Romano around June 1-2, 2026, and subsequently confirmed across both MLS and Italian media outlets.
During his loan spell, Cremaschi made nine appearances for Parma in the 2025-26 Serie A season. That number was limited by injuries, which prevented him from building the kind of sustained run in the starting lineup that both player and club would have wanted.
