AC Milan has submitted an official bid to Paris Saint-Germain for Portuguese striker Gonçalo Ramos, with negotiations between the two clubs reportedly ongoing. While this is primarily a football story, it carries a quiet but meaningful signal for crypto markets: both clubs are deeply embedded in the Chiliz blockchain ecosystem through their respective fan tokens.
The ACM and PSG fan tokens, built on the Chiliz platform, represent one of the most visible intersections between professional sports and digital assets.
The deal on the table
Ramos originally joined PSG from Benfica in 2023 for roughly €65 million plus potential bonuses. His current market valuation sits at approximately €30 million, a significant decline from that initial price tag.
The specifics of Milan’s bid, including the proposed transfer fee and salary terms, have not been disclosed. Reports from earlier in June 2026 identified Ramos as a key target for Milan’s recruitment plans under manager Ruben Amorim, suggesting this bid is the culmination of weeks of planning. No completion date has been confirmed.
