Greece expressed solidarity with Venezuela on Thursday following powerful earthquakes that struck near Caracas, the Foreign Ministry said in a post on social media platform X.
The ministry said it extended condolences to the families of the victims of the quakes, which reportedly measured 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude, and voiced support for those affected by the disaster.
“Greece expresses its solidarity with the people of Venezuela following the devastating earthquake near Caracas,” the ministry said, adding that it stands with all those impacted.
