Submer Group's Radian Arc has signed an agreement with PureColo to deploy GPU Edge infrastructure across the US and Canada.Under the agreement, Radian will deploy its GPU Edge platform at PureColo's data center facilities, while PureColo's parent company Carrier Connect Data Solutions will provide the "advanced network interconnection platform."According to the companies, this will enable telcos, operators, enterprises, and service providers to deliver low-latency services such as cloud gaming and sovereign AI.The offering will be split between Radian Arc Cloud Gaming and InferX GPUaaS, Radian Arc's GPUaaS offering."North America represents one of the world's largest opportunities for Edge AI and cloud gaming," said David Cook, co-CEO of Radian Arc. It also has a presence in Perth, Australia.Carrier Connect acquired PureColo in December 2025. Carrier previously stated a desire to build its own data center by 2027.Radian Arc has been rolling out its GPU Edge offerings globally, having previously signed an agreement with VNPT, COMIT, and Blacknut to launch its GPU platform in Vietnam.Radian Arc, previously known as a provider of an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform for running sovereign, telco-focused GPU cloud services, was acquired by Submer in February 2026 and combined with the cooling provider's recently-launched InferX AI cloud platform.Since then, Radian has signed two agreements for GPUaaS deployments in India. The company has also deployed GPUs at the Edge in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
