"I wanted to pay rent and I wanted to do things. She recalled struggling during an early Zoom audition because she felt disconnected from her emotions, something that made it difficult to fully understand her character."I think I was in a space personally where I was so shut off from my own emotions, and with Nikki, you need all of them,” she explained.By the time she reached the final chemistry read, her mindset had changed.“If I have this opportunity, I'm doing everything that I possibly can,” she recalled.It was a resolve that paid off in the end.
