MANILA, Philippines — A complaint for three counts of murder and multiple counts of frustrated and serious physical injuries has been filed against the 15-year-old suspect in the Tacloban City school shooting.

Philippine National Police (PNP) public information chief Col. Allen Rae Co confirmed this while speaking to reporters at the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City, on Wednesday morning.
