Commissioner of Police, Shankhabrata Bagchi, chaired the Security Review Committee Meeting conducted at the Central Prison in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.The Commissioner reviewed the overall security of the prison, including surveillance systems, emergency preparedness measures, and coordination of the various security agencies. He commended the various initiatives and reforms being implemented in the prison—particularly the Office Assistant Skill Development programme, and other welfare and rehabilitation activities aimed at enhancing employability and facilitating the reintegration of inmates into society.Superintendent, Central Prison, M.
