New Survey from The Mobile Shop™ Reveals Canadians Are Leaving Rewards on the Table

Survey findings show Canadians are overlooking opportunities to maximize loyalty rewards through mobile purchases

New survey findings commissioned by The Mobile Shop™ reveal that many Canadians may still be leaving rewards on the table, despite the growing role rewards programs play in everyday spending decisions. The Mobile Shop™, which offers customers the opportunity to earn PC Optimum™ points on select phone purchases, commissioned the survey to better understand how Canadians are engaging with rewards programs and where gaps in rewards optimization still exist.

At a time when Canadians are becoming more intentional about how they spend and maximize value from everyday purchases, rewards programs continue to play an increasingly important role in consumer decision-making. With a wide range of rewards programs now available across different categories, Canadians have more opportunities than ever to earn points and get more from the spending they are already doing.
