Joyous Celebration alum Nozipho Phiri announces debut solo album launch.
South African gospel vocalist Nozipho Phiri will launch her debut album Essence of Faith in a live setting on July 17 at Goshen City Church in Johannesburg.
According to a press release from her management team, “the evening, open to the public and media, marks an important milestone in her journey as a solo artist.”
Best known for her work with Joyous Celebration, Phiri now presents a deeply personal body of work shaped by years of musical growth, ministry and lived experience.
“More than a performance, Essence of Faith is a deeply personal musical offering shaped by Phiri’s journey of faith, resilience and calling. Rooted in scripture and lived experience, the album explores themes of surrender, restoration and trust in God, reflecting both her ministry and artistic identity.”
