A new chapter in literacy and learning unfolds as Jean Henri Lhuillier, through the Consulate General of the Republic of San Marino–Philippines, joined LINKS Philippines in opening the JHL-RSM Library, the 30th installation of the Hooked on Books (HOB) program at Graciano Lopez Jaena Elementary School in Sampaloc, Manila.

The 30th Hooked on Books library provides a vibrant learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for the transformative power of reading.
