June 23 (Asia Today) -- South Korean defense company LIG Defense & Aerospace is marking its 50th anniversary with a free photo exhibition honoring Korean War veterans and their families.
The exhibition opened Friday in the second-floor special exhibition hall at the War Memorial of Korea in Seoul's Yongsan district and will continue through July 12, the company said Tuesday.
The exhibition is titled "Remember, Respect, Reconnect," reflecting a commitment to remember the veterans' service, honor their sacrifices and pass the value of peace to future generations.
It features photographs documenting the company's 50-year history as well as its programs supporting Korean War veterans and other national service members.
