Quantum Computing Inc. Completes $73.1 Million Acquisition of NHanced Semiconductors

Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) has completed the acquisition of advanced packaging foundry NHanced Semiconductors, Inc. for a combination of cash and stock valued at $73.1 million. The transaction includes up to an additional $72.0 million in potential payouts if specific performance targets are achieved. The acquisition marks a transition for QCi from research-driven prototyping to scalable commercial manufacturing, establishing a vertically integrated pipeline that spans development through chip fabrication. Moving forward, NHanced will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of QCi, maintaining services for its existing customer base while integrating into QCi’s broader quantum optics and photonics roadmap.
