It’s feminine intuition, because Olivia Rodrigo always had a vision of putting together her own all-women festival — a dream that will become a reality this August with powerhouses such as Chappell Roan, Doechii and KATSEYE on the bill.
And in a Tuesday (June 23) interview with Good Morning America about her inaugural Daisy Chain Fields exhibit, the star shared some of her inspirations as well as teased a possible duet with another iconic artist on the lineup: Stevie Nicks. “When I pictured this festival, I had an image in my head of girls sitting underneath a tree, like, making little daisy chains or flower crowns or friendship bracelets,” she told Diane Sawyer of how she chose the event’s name. “I also just like the idea of a daisy chain, how we can all be individual links in this chain that is larger than the individual.”
