The Ethereum Foundation announced on Tuesday it has completed a major reorganization, reducing its workforce by 54 employees, or about 20% of its staff, and introducing a new seven-cluster structure to sharpen its focus on Ethereum’s long-term development.
The restructuring prioritizes protocol development, user access, community engagement, institutional adoption, and operational efficiency while providing severance and transition support to departing staff.
This is a developing story.
