I've been dealing with a range of sleep issues this year, including 3 a.m. wake-ups and anxiety at bedtime. To break the cycle, I've been testing a range of sleep trackers to see which ones can help me optimize my sleep, and one of my favorites so far is the the Fitbit Inspire 3, down to $69.95 (was $99.95) at Amazon in today's Prime Day sale. The Fibit Inspire 3 is a top-rated sleep tracker boasts an ultra bright screen display, long battery life (10 days per full charge) and – most importantly for me – reliable sleep tracking without feeling OTT. $69.95 matches the lowest price we've tracked the Inspire 3, which translates to $30 off. That's an excellent Amazon Prime Day sleep deal, which matches the lowest price we've tracked this affordable wearable. Is it right for you? Let's take a look.Affordable price, reliable sleep trackingThe Fitbit Inspire 3 is an affordable and comfortable fitness and sleep tracker with a clear display screen and long battery life. You can get a glimpse of sleep stats on screen (which is one of the first things I do when I wake up), or head to the Google Health app for a more intricate look at your metrics.

I wear my Inspire 3 to bed every night and its sleep tracking is reliable (it won't count the hour you spend scrolling in bed as 'light sleep', for example). When it comes to time spent in each sleep stage, your heart rate, how long it takes to fall asleep and how often you wake up, the Google Health app helps provides helpful parameters of healthy ranges. This all helps form your overall nightly sleep score. There are also guided programs to help you improve your sleep, and get into a better bedtime routine. However, Fitbit Premium offers subscribers further insight into their sleep, as well as giving a sleep score, but costs $9.99/month.Want the latest release and don't mind paying full price?
