Ad 120’s new Modi’in complex brings the longevity trend into senior living, with personalized programs for movement, cognition, nutrition, wellness and community lifeAd 120 has launched a new senior living complex in Modi’in, built around the concept of longevity, in a project valued at about 600 million shekels. The model focuses not only on extending life expectancy, but on improving health span: the years in which residents remain active, independent and engaged.At the center of the concept is a personalized plan for each resident, built around six areas: movement and physical strength, cognitive training, tailored nutrition, meaning and content, wellness and emotional balance, and social connection. Chef Shahaf Shabtay, of Tel Aviv’s Pop & Pope and Arkia Airlines, will serve as culinary consultant for the project.
