We love Uniqlo’s summer basics (many of which made this year’s Summer 100), from its 100 percent cotton T-shirts to the built-in-bra tanks. Another great staple that’s on sale today: the Linen Blend Easy pants, which managing editor Kelsie Schrader originally bought in navy and loved so much that she bought a second pair (in chocolate brown) in May. “They’re just nice, lightweight, perfectly drapey pants,” she wrote, and after using Uniqlo’s free alteration service, they were the perfect length for her shorter frame. They’re excellent for casual, hot office days or running errands around the city, and, paired with the right top, they look quite nice (not sweatpants-esque). Just in time for the official start of summer, they’re $10 off in all shades — natural, black, baby pink, beige, brown, and navy. So far, sizes XS through L are available in all colors, but XL has started selling out.
