A drone carrying a warhead that was found in a field in Estonia near the Russian border is likely to be a Ukrainian UAV that went astray on its way to targets in Russia during earlier attacks.

Details: The drone was discovered about two weeks ago near the village of Rõuge in south-eastern Estonia, but the find was not reported publicly until now. A local man came across the UAV when he went to work on his land.

Harrys Puusepp, Head of the Estonian Internal Security Service, said the report of the discovery had been received on 10 June. The main part of the drone was lying in long grass, and debris was also found in a nearby tree, suggesting that the drone initially hit the crown of the tree.
