TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines —Three people were killed, and five others were wounded in a shooting incident at San Jose National High School in Tacloban City on Monday morning, with one of the two alleged suspects now in police custody, authorities said.

The shooting occurred at around 9 a.m. inside the school premises in Barangay San Jose. Police said one of the suspects, a child in conflict with the law (CICL) and a resident of San Jose, was apprehended shortly after the incident, while another suspect remains at large.
