A Syrian asylum seeker has been arrested for the alleged manslaughter of a woman he was travelling to Britain with on a small boat.The 32-year-old suspect was taken into custody after arriving in Dover on Saturday afternoon with more than 90 others.'Another migrant, who was female, appeared lifeless when she reached England,' an investigating source said.'She received medical help from the British authorities but could not be revived. It is feared that she may have been crushed to death on the boat.'The victim, who has not been named, was declared dead shortly after 3pm on Saturday.The source added: 'It is alleged that the male suspect was somehow responsible for the woman's death.'There were around 94 people on a small boat designed for no more than 15.'There have been numerous cases in the past of migrants being crushed to death on boats that have too many people on board.
