A 26-year-old Afghan national has been arrested for the murder of Elisabeth Jane Ross, a 38-year-old UK national whose body was found stuffed in a suitcase on July 18, police announced Sunday.
The suspect was apprehended Thursday and has confessded his crime. Following the murder, he withdrew sums usung Ross’ bank cards.
The suspect will be taken to a prosecutor to face murder charges.
