The ceremony was attended by his partner, Jean-Pierre Goncalves de Lima, and his great-nephew Richard, in accordance with Hockney's wishes.His publicist requested that the privacy of those in attendance be respected. Memorial services to celebrate Hockney's life and work are scheduled to commence in London in spring 2027, with additional events planned for Yorkshire, Paris, and Los Angeles at later dates.
