Concurrently, in the southern region of Zaporizhzhia, Regional Military Administration Head Ivan Fedorov reported that a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) targeted a local gas station. Initial assessments indicate that one individual sustained injuries in the attack.
In a separate incident in Kherson, local authorities reported a targeted drone attack on a civilian. The Kherson City Military Administration stated that at approximately 12:00 local time, Russian forces dropped an explosive device from a drone on a 61-year-old man in the city’s Dniprovskyi district. The individual sustained a mine-explosive trauma and shrapnel wounds to both legs. Medical personnel transported the victim to a local hospital, where he is currently undergoing examination and receiving treatment. Earlier on Sunday, President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a statement detailing the scale of recent Russian attacks, noting that forces utilized approximately 2,200 attack drones over the past seven days.
