Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with drones overnight Monday-Tuesday, striking a civilian infrastructure facility, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on his Telegram channel. The latest attack follows another Russian drone strike on Kharkiv overnight on Sunday, when residential areas of the city were hit. That attack damaged private homes, shattered windows and caused seven parked cars to catch fire. Local officials said no casualties or injuries were reported in the Sunday attack.
