KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli will be a keynote address speaker at the upcoming property development summit
KwaZulu-Natal will hold its first annual property and land development seminar in September to unlock economic opportunities and address illegal occupation, which lead to evictions.
Dubbed Annual Asset Class Summit and conceptualised by a young property and land development entrepreneur Simphiwe Kubheka, the seminar will take place in Durban.
In a media launch on Friday evening, Kubheka announced that KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli will deliver a keynote address alongside the well-known businessman and life coach speaker Vusi Thembekwayo. Other speakers will include representatives from financial institutions such as SA Home Loans and banks, engineers and conveyancers.
Unpacking the summit concept and goals, Kubheka said apart from economic opportunities, the seminar will bring solutions to illegal land occupations and fraud, which have led to evictions in the industry.
