The Frenchman has been linked with a stunning move to the Bernabeu this summer.‌Recent reports have claimed that they are preparing a sensational £190million bid in an effort to sign him. It has also been suggested that Real would be willing to offer either Aurelien Tchouameni or Eduardo Camavinga in part-exchange.‌Real have now spoken out amid the ongoing speculation and confirmed that discussions have not been held. A statement shared by the Spanish giants on Saturday read: “In response to reports in various media outlets regarding an alleged interest from our club in Bayern Munich player Michael Olise, Real Madrid CF wishes to state that it has not had any direct or indirect contact with the aforementioned player, his representatives, or anyone in his entourage.‌“Real Madrid also wishes to highlight the excellent institutional relationship it maintains with Bayern Munich, with whom it shares a long history of mutual respect, collaboration and admiration, and regrets the spread of speculation that does not correspond to reality.“Both clubs have always maintained a relationship based on trust and mutual respect, which is reflected, among other aspects, in the shared conviction that any potential interest in a player belonging to the other club must be dealt with first between the entities themselves, in accordance with the principles of institutional loyalty that have historically governed the relations between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.”Olise, 24, has been in sensational form since joining Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace, having scored 20 goals and provided a further 23 assists in his debut campaign. He took his performances to even higher levels last season with 22 goals and 31 assists to his name.‌Olise remains under contract with Bayern until the summer of 2029. It has recently been reported that the German giants are keen to offer him a new contract in order to fight off growing interest in the winger’s services.Bayern CEO Max Eberl underlined the club’s stance in April that he was not even entertaining the prospect of Olise leaving the Allianz Arena. He said: “Yes.
