Rekha’s Green DietAs per a Times Of India report, the Muqaddar Ka Sikander star enjoys simple, home cooked meals that mainly consists of green vegetables and lentils. She steers clear from food that is too oily and spicy. She also snacks on nuts, which helps her maintain her energy levels. According to a Jeevan Kosh, Rekha’s meals often consists of boiled vegetables, salad, and sprouts such as moong, matki, masoor etc. Her meals often include yogurt (another superfood said to help your skin look flawless) and multi-grain rotis. The Diva Drinks A Lot Not that drink! The actress is said to incorporate plenty of water in her daily diet. She drinks 10-12 glasses of water daily.
