The Department of Yoga and Consciousness of Andhra University organised a free health check-up and consultation camp on Friday ahead of the International Day of Yoga celebrations.Conducted under the guidance of Dr. K. Vishnu Prasad, MD of M.B. Super Speciality Hospital, specialists from gynaecology, neurology, orthopaedics and general medicine provided consultations and medical services. A total of 220 people availed themselves of free consultations, diagnostic tests and laboratory investigations, including Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 screenings.Visakha Eye Hospital also organised an eye-screening camp, benefiting 75 persons. Participants underwent eye examinations and received medical advice. The programme was coordinated by the Department of Yoga and Consciousness headed by K. Ramesh Babu.
