If you’re a fan of supercars, LEGO has unveiled a new building set that will likely get you roaring as loudly as its real-life counterpart’s engine, and you won’t have to wait long to add it to your collection. The LEGO Technic 42232 Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear Megacar is quite the wild 1:8 scale set and I’m sure it will become a staple in many collections once it hits the market, complete with a dedicated GWP during the first six days of its release. Stacking up to 4,104 pieces, as the name suggests, the upcoming Technic 42232 Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear Megacar pays homage to the uniquely rare car, which is a high-performance version of the Koenigsegg Jesko, all of the naming harkening back to Christian von Koenigsegg’s father, who was a jockey.
It’s an absolutely beautiful design that captures the real-life beauty of the actual car, complete with the authentic details that we usually see from Technic builds, though this one has quite a unique feature in its Ghost Mode. To activate it, you lift the car’s rear clam to see the doors and front hood sweep open, or you can manually open/close them.
The LEGO Technic 42232 Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear Megacar will be hitting shelves on July 1, 2026 for Insiders at $449.99 shipped – plus, folks who buy it from July 1 to 6th, 2026 will also be getting the exclusive 40894 Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear Steering Wheel GWP for as long as stock holds out.
