In response to a published message attributed to Mojtaba Khamenei regarding an Iran-US memorandum of understanding, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) voiced their support for the negotiation process while warning Washington against any violation of its commitments.

In a statement addressed to the Leader of the Islamic Republic, the IRGC declared that it would stand "as steadfast as a mountain" in support of government officials, backing their efforts to pursue the rights of the Islamic Republic.

At the same time, the IRGC warned that if the "covenant-breaking enemy" moves toward excessive demands once again, the forces of this institution are prepared to respond on land, at sea, in the air, and in all other arenas of hybrid warfare. The statement added that, drawing on experiences from recent wars, the IRGC is ready to inflict a "greater historical defeat" on the enemy if ordered to do so.

SNSC Vows "No Compromise"

Concurrently, the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC/Sha'am) emphasized in a statement that it will show "absolutely no compromise" in executing the directives and measures of Mojtaba Khamenei regarding the preservation of Iran's rights and those of its regional allied groups.
