IPOB reiterated Kanu’s inauguration of a new fourth administration headed by Mazi Chris Nwaọgụ of the United States, adding that the decision was “lawful, final, binding, and immediately effective.”

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has declared that the third administration of its Directorate of State (DOS), previously headed by Chika Edoziem, remains dissolved as announced by its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB described subsequent actions taken by Edoziem and members of the former leadership as “illegal, null, and void.”

In a statement issued on Friday by its spokesman, Emma Powerful, IPOB said the dissolution of the third DOS administration carried out by Kanu was in accordance with powers conferred on him under the group’s Code of Conduct.
