Ah, the absolute king of Durban comfort food! If there is one dish that perfectly captures the soul, history, and vibrant flavour of Durban, it’s a Mutton Bunny Chow (affectionately just called a "bunny").
For the uninitiated, it’s beautifully simple yet genius: a hollowed-out loaf of white bread acting as a bowl, filled to the brim with a rich, aromatic, and spicy mutton curry, topped with the bread "gravy soaker" (the inner bread that was scooped out).
