Ipswich Town will mark their return to the Premier League with a home fixture against Sunderland on the opening Saturday of the campaign.After their opening match, Ipswich face a trip to Manchester United before hosting Liverpool.Ipswich secured an immediate return to England’s top-flight with a second-place finish in the Championship, after being relegated the term before on 22 points.Kieran McKenna, who won three promotions in his four seasons in charge at Portman Road, has stepped down from his role of head coach, however, despite having two years left to run on the four-year deal he signed in May 2024.
