Hyundai to Acquire Remaining Stake in Boston Dynamics From SoftBank, Maeil Reports, Citing Sources

--Hyundai Motor Group is planning to acquire the remaining 9.65% stake in Boston Dynamics that it doesn't own from SoftBank Group for about 500 billion won, equivalent to $325 million, South Korea's Maeil Business Newspaper reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Hyundai is expected to hold extraordinary board meetings this month to vote on the proposed transaction, according to Maeil.

--Hyundai Motor Group, Boston Dynamics and SoftBank Group didn't respond to requests for comment.
