The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Stephen Alangbo, has highlighted education, health and safety as the core pillars driving the company’s community development agenda.

He stated this following the donation of a solar-powered borehole to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency in Abuja by the Cornerstone Insurance Plc Foundation, reaffirming the insurer’s commitment to providing access to clean and sustainable water.

The project, according to the firm, was commissioned recently, reflecting Cornerstone’s vision of protecting lives and property by promoting health and sustainability. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Clean Water and Sanitation and Climate Action.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Alangbo, who was represented by the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Cordelia Ekeocha, said the initiative emphasises the company’s commitment to supporting communities and promoting sustainability.
