Mr Tsuboi says Thailand's cybersecurity market is expanding rapidly.
Fujifilm Business Innovation (Thailand) Co Ltd is diversifying into cybersecurity services to capitalise on a 22.2-billion-baht market opportunity."Thailand's cybersecurity market is expanding rapidly as organisations accelerate their digital transformations through government cloud adoption, compliance with personal data protection laws and hybrid working, while strengthening their cyber resilience against sophisticated cyber threats," said Hayato Tsuboi, the company's marketing director.
The cybersecurity market is projected to exceed 22.2 billion baht by the end of this year, with a compound annual growth rate of 12.5-13% through 2032.
"We see high demand in banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and education," he said.
Small and medium-sized enterprises spend around 300,000 baht per year on average on cybersecurity, particularly on managed security service subscriptions, while large enterprises spend about 3 million baht per year on systems such as endpoint security, as well as consulting and security information and event management, according to Fujifilm.
