Sonny Iroche, founder and chief executive officer of GenAI Learning Concepts Ltd., has urged senior executives and emerging industry leaders to embrace artificial intelligence, continuous learning, and adaptability as critical leadership skills in today’s rapidly changing business environment.

Iroche made the call in a keynote address at an executive orientation programme hosted by Docenti Global Business School to welcome new cohort of executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders recently.

He warned that traditional management approaches developed for relatively stable business environments were no longer sufficient to ensure organisational growth and long-term competitiveness.

Iroche, an Oxford-trained specialist in Artificial Intelligence for Business, explained how data-driven decision-making, remote operations, and AI technologies are reshaping leadership and executive decision-making across industries.

“Markets punish stagnation. The professionals who survive are not necessarily the smartest. They are usually the most adaptable. Your competitive advantage is no longer your degree. Your competitive advantage is your ability to continuously reinvent yourself,” he said.
