All four airports in Moscow — Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Ramenskoye — were closed to arrivals and departures because of a drone attack.

According to Ukrinform, the Russian service of the BBC stated this in an article.

Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) stated that this was the third flight restriction imposed overnight and in the morning to ensure safety amid the threat of drone attacks.

At Sheremetyevo Airport, located north of Moscow, passengers and airport staff were evacuated from terminals and aircraft due to the threat. People were taken to shelters, including underground parking facilities, airport employees reported.

Some flights were canceled, while others were diverted to alternate airports.
