If you’ve been waiting for a deal on one of the most talked-about new drones in recent memory, Prime Day may be the time to act. Antigravity has announced its biggest sale of the year, with discounts of up to 25% on the Antigravity A1, the world’s first 8K 360 drone. The promotion begins June 23 and will be available through Amazon as well as Antigravity’s official online store. Accessories will also be discounted by 20%, making it easier for buyers to build out a complete flying kit.
The sale comes less than a year after the A1’s debut, a launch that generated plenty of attention thanks to the drone’s unusual approach to aerial content creation. Antigravity, a company incubated by Insta360, co-engineered the drone with the popular action camera brand and built it around a concept that challenges traditional drone photography: capture everything first and decide what shot you want later.
Instead of relying on a standard forward-facing camera, the A1 uses an 8K 360-degree camera system that records every angle around the aircraft. That allows pilots to reframe footage after the flight, creating cinematic shots without needing to perfectly position the drone in the moment.
