The arrival of Rosalía‘s Lux Tour in New York has generated excitement not only for the acclaimed show — a fully mesmerizing performance from start to finish — but also for its small surprises. On Wednesday (June 17), during her second of two nights at the Madison Square Garden, the Spanish superstar invited her queridisísimo (dearest) Marcello Hernandez on stage for the segment before “La Perla”: a confessional where notable figures are encouraged to speak candidly.

“Marcello, you know we’re here — you can speak in Spanish, in English, however you like. But it’s very important to tell the truth here,” Rosalía told the Cuban-Dominican American comedian, better known for his work on Saturday Night Live. “So, is there something you’d like to confess?”
