During this period, the traffic of vessels will be in proportion to the numbers of pre-war traffic being restored by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Paragraph 5: Upon the signing of this MOU, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements, using its best efforts, for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge for 60 days from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman, and vice versa. The traffic of commercial vessels will immediately start, and considering the need for removing technical and military obstacles, demining by the Islamic Republic of Iran will be completed within 30 days. The Islamic Republic of Iran will conduct a dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman to define the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz, in discussion with other Persian Gulf littoral states, in line with applicable international law and the sovereign rights of the coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz. 제6항 (Paragraph 6) 미합중국은 역내 파트너들과 협력하여 이란 이슬람 공화국의 재건 및 경제 발전을 위한 최소 3000억 달러 규모의 구체적이고 상호 합의된 계획을 수립할 것을 약속한다. 이 계획의 이행 메커니즘은 60일 이내에 최종 합의의 일부로 확정될 것이다. 미합중국은 관련 금융 거래에 필요한 모든 라이선스, 제재 유예 및 허가를 제공할 것이다. The mechanism for the implementation of this plan will be finalized as part of the final deal within 60 days. Paragraph 7: The United States of America undertakes to terminate all types of sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the United Nations Security Council resolutions, i.e., IAEA Board of Governors resolutions, and all unilateral US sanctions, primary and secondary, on an agreed-upon schedule as part of the final deal. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have agreed to resolve the disposition of stockpiled enriched material pursuant to a mechanism that will be mutually agreed upon in accordance with the schedule mentioned in paragraph 7, with the minimum methodology being down-blending on-site under the supervision of the IAEA. The two parties also agree to discuss the issue of enrichment and other mutually agreed matters related to the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear needs, based on a satisfactory framework being agreed upon in the final deal. The final deal will confirm the provisions of this paragraph. The Islamic Republic of Iran will maintain the current status quo of its nuclear program, and the United States of America will not impose any new sanctions and will not deploy additional forces in the region. 제10항 (Paragraph 10) 미국은 본 MOU 서명 즉시부터 제재 종료 시점까지 재무부가 이란산 원유, 석유제품 및 파생상품 수출과 관련 은행거래·보험·운송 서비스 등에 대한 면제를 발급하도록 한다. Paragraph 10: The United States of America undertakes that immediately upon the signing of this MOU and until the termination of sanctions, the US Department of Treasury will issue waivers for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products, and derivatives, and all associated services, including banking transactions, insurance, transportation, etc." 제11항 (Paragraph 11) 미합중국은 본 MOU 이행과 동시에 이란 이슬람 공화국의 동결 및 제한된 자금과 자산을 전면적으로 사용할 수 있도록 보장할 것을 약속한다. 자금 해제와 관련된 세부 절차는 협상 기간 중 양국이 상호 합의하여 결정한다. 해당 자금은 원래의 계좌에 유지되든 다른 곳으로 이체되든 이란 이슬람 공화국 중앙은행이 지정한 최종 수혜자에게 지급하는 데 온전히 사용할 수 있어야 하며, 이에 따라 미합중국은 필요한 모든 라이선스와 승인 문건을 발급할 것을 약속한다. Paragraph 11: The United States of America undertakes to make fully available for use the frozen or restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran upon the implementation of this MOU. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will mutually agree on the procedures related to the release of these funds during the negotiations. Such funds, whether retained in the original account or transferred, shall be made fully usable for payment to any ultimate beneficiary designated by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
